The Chef Stage is an online platform that celebrates Scottish food & drink through editorial articles, a library of Scottish recipes and online video cooking courses.
We’re on a mission to help people eat real food that’s seasonal, sustainable and cooked at home, while putting great Scottish producers centre stage.

Our Story
The Chef Stage was born from my love of cooking, and desire to create something not just for myself, but has a wider impact on the Scottish health and economy.
My background was originally in photography, but over time my passion for food and building things from the ground up evolved into an idea: a platform helps people to eat real food that’s seasonal, sustainable and cooked at home, while putting great Scottish producers centre stage.
What started as long days tinkering on my laptop in our poky spare room, is beginning to grow into a place filled with inspiring stories, great recipes, and beautiful video courses featuring some of Scotland’s most inspiring chefs and producers.
I believe that Scottish food is some of the best in the world and deserves to be celebrated.
